2nd part of Für Elise Empty 2nd part of Für Elise

I have recently inherited a piano from my mother. Now I am starting to relearn as I had lessons in keyboards loooong time ago. And now all these dots - especially the base line confuses me.
I downloaded a copy of the sheet music for Für Elise, but the fingering I first got on track after seeing your video. Thanks. But now I am a bit stuck - you left out the 2 and 3 part.
Will they turn up?

Do you have any idea why two hands are used at the end of the first hard part? The D#-E is clearly written with two hands, which is how you play it here, but I can't figure out why. It is just repeating the same thing over and over, why complicate it?
