Chopin Trivia - True or fals?

This is a comment I found on youtube. And it seams reliable.
Anyone that know if its true or not? If true, that kind of makes Chopin more human, and thats cool

Hmmm, i'm actually not sure if that's true or not, but chopin was a big fan of improvisation. I know he wasn't a very flash kind of guy, and enjoyed quiet performances, this would give you the hint that he maybe didn't have the best technique, maybe that wasn't the most importaint thing to him? Maybe the story behind the music was more importaint.

Either way, i'm just speculating. I do not know if those comments are entirely true.

Fantasie Impormptu ect shows that he got pretty good technique though, hehe, but maybe not as good as Lizt ect
But we might not ever know the true answer to that
