short question

Post by z3ta on Mon Jan 05, 2009 4:56 am

hi, i have a question about the accidentals in the scale. If for example the f is sharped, does that mean all f's are sharped or just the one it is indicating?

I believe it applies until the end of the bar unless there is a tie, in which case you hold that sharp.
They are always sharp or flat if the key signature says so, until the next one says otherwise.
