Key Signature Problem !!

Just wondering what is this Key Signature ??



2 Flats & 1 Sharp ??! confused

well, this is a more modern key signature, but it would indicate G minor harmonic as the key it's in. They're just adding the rasied 7th into the key signature probably to make things easier on the printers Razz who knows.
