I'm having a little problem here, I wonder if both marked notes are to be played as sharp. This will only apply within the left bar? Not that the second contains a f, but if...

Yes, both sharp.

The accidental would "reset" at the end of the bar, so if there was another F in the next bar it would just be F. Actually, I see many times where the next time an F comes up in a future bar, they still might put the natural symbol in front, just to avoid confusion.

I just realized that the e-flats on the left should be spelled d-sharp as it is a B major dominant chord leading to e minor, and not a diminished D79 dominant leading to a g minor chord...
