Play scales. One hand legato, and the other staccato!
It will come in time anyways. But that is a nice ex.

But When you say legto and staccato, it's like...
one hand playing connected and one hand playing seppared?
one hand playing connected and one hand playing seppared?

legato is smooth and connected were as staccato is the complete oppositein staccato the notes you play are short and detached.like tap tap tap tap. That's a grand idea!

I know a super short piece and maybe it can help you just tell me if you need it. It's for beginner but I think it's still useful.

Re: Hand Independance
Just another random question: If you have ''Ped.'' under each bar, but no big point that says to release it, does that mean to keep it down all the way or to release it after each bar?

Re: Hand Independance
Just lift and push down again at the pedalmarking
So that the note it is under is the first note in the "new pedaling"... =))
